Erin Stephenson

Position
Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Department of Physiology, University of Tennesee Health Science Center from 2013-12-09 to 2016-05-31. (Dec. 9, 2013 to May 31, 2016)
Degrees
B.Sc. (Biomedical Sciences, Victoria University). Awarded in 2007.
Ph.D. (Medical Sciences, RMIT Melbourne). Awarded in 2013.
Bio
My primary research interest focuses on the plasticity of skeletal muscle energy metabolism and nutrient storage pathways in response to cardio-metabolic disease progression. I am also interested in the metabolic and physiological changes associated with aerobic exercise training adaptation and the role of physical activity in determining whole-body metabolic health status.
