Bio

To investigate the mechanisms involved in the developmental regulation of the adipose tissue by the mTORC1 pathway using in vitro and in vivo models of TSC1/2 deficiency. Understanding these mechanism(s) will contribute to the advancement of therapeutic interventions for the prevention and reversal of adipogenesis in obesity.
