Software Requirements

  • R, get from [CRAN]
  • Bioconductor, get from [Bioconductor]
  • Bioconductor packages. Install as needed:
    • beadarray
    • limma

Loading Data

  • At a minimum you need the Probe Profile data (normally a txt file).
