Materials

  • Chloroquine. Sigma catalog# C6628-25G

Protocol

  • Dissolve 0.129g in 10 mL of sterile ddH2O
  • Filter sterilize through a 0.22 um filter
  • Aliquot to 50 uL in tissue culture freezer
  • Discard thawed aliquots after ~ 2 months.
