FRET Calculator Usage

ImageJ

  1. Load images with File->Import->Import Sequence and select desired images (ie Ea_z) under enter pattern.
  2. Pseudocolor by clicking LUT (on the toolbar) and selecting 16 colors
  3. Save AVI by doing File->Save As->AVI...
