* Add 4 g of NaCl.
* Add 0.72 g of KCl.
* Add 10.72 g of Na<sub>2</sub>HPO<sub>4</sub>.
* Add 0.12 g of KH<sub>2</sub>PO<sub>4</sub>.
* Adjust the pH to 7.4 with HCl.
* Add distilled water to a total volume of 500 mL.
