Acid Etching Coverslips

Materials

• Coverslips (25CIRCLE 1.5cm)
• 1N HCl (make fresh)

Protocol

1. Wash coverslips overnight in 1N HCl
2. Rinse extensively with water
3. Wash overnight with water
4. Autoclave in between two pieces of whatman paper and keep sterile
