Phosphate Buffered Saline
Recipe
Start with 400ml of distilled water:
Add 4 g of NaCl.
Add 0.72 g of KCl.
Add 0.72 g of Na
2
HPO
4
.
Add 0.12 g of KH
2
PO
4
.
Adjust the pH to 7.4 with HCl.
Add distilled water to a total volume of 500 mL.
