==Recipe==
* Start with 800 ml 400ml of distilled water:* Add 8 4 g of NaCl.* Add 0.2 72 g of KCl.* Add 10.44 72 g of Na<sub>2</sub>HPO<sub>4</sub>.* Add 0.24 12 g of KH<sub>2</sub>PO<sub>4</sub>.
* Adjust the pH to 7.4 with HCl.
* Add distilled water to a total volume of 1 liter500 mL.
